First, it’s day two of little man’s new daycare and he is really happy, so THANK GOODNESS! That’s a load off.
Secondly, I’m introducing a new feature: the Golden Apple. Basically, little antecdotes that happen during the day that remind me why I love being a teacher. There are very few professions where you belly laugh frequently!
So, for my first Golden Apple, I give you:
“Mrs. Plavich! He stuck his finger in his butt and is trying to make me smell it!”

Amanda, I love the Golden Apple feature. It’s awesome. I have a teaching degree myself (el ed) but couldn’t land a job here in NY. I’m impressed. You’re a wife, mom, photographer, teacher AND writer. That’s a lot of hats! Great job. :)
